THE BJZ

what! where are all my words that i just now typed in?!
i hate blogspot~~~that's why i haven't been here for a long time. the editing page is nerd.
anyway, not to abondon here because i like my designed personalised background.
I need to record something happened recently. My new organization BJZ.
actually it is not any formal organization but just we ourself named it as BJZ. it stands for baijiazi, or simply wasting. As Yakun strongly opposed to use the full name so that we can keep down our "infamous reputation", i will just use the all-known shortform for it.

The most recently meeting should be Richard's birthday. We spent more than $160 for our dinner but this is not enough...All of us were too excited to go back home after dinner so that we all finally crowded to the Lash Miller's library. With poker, we managed to play the killer game until 4 am. That was crazy.

Richard and me in the restaurant that the BJZ goes there every week
I had to admit after a long time that...I look like a fox?!
I love this shelf in Lash Miller...and I don't suppose to take pictures in the serious place but...I couldn't help taking not only one...but many
I am now in the New College Computer lab. I just received Ziwei's phone call that the swimming plan was cancelled due to her flu. Accidently, i caught flu as well and had a running nose at the moment. The weather is not as good as last week. But tragically i hided in library for the entire last week to prepare the eco209 termtest. It was amazingly easy and i regretted to study for it. I miss the nice weather last week...The sun, please come back.
PS I am now checking greek words for richard at the moment.
so...i'll try to return to this freaking annoying blog sometime in the future when I am brave enough to preparing losing what I have just typed in so much.

A new nest

I have to admit that I need to try my best to adjust the cold whether here. It is not an esay matter if you migrate from the Equator to Toronto, which I surprisedly did. Nevertheless, I found a less hectic life here. Instead of saying enjoyment, I lost the direction in my life rather. I just finished handful of math133 homework that might be due next month. I won't change my lif style to Canadian or American, i still adhere to my old customs. Anyway, I decided to abondon the time-consuming CCA. I hate it.

Though, i need to ask myself contiuouslly, what is in front of me? Ok, speaking in a simple way, what am I doing now? This is a question that puzzled me for centuries. After 9 months of slackness, it's not amazed to find my English level decresed at an amazing rate should I stay in school. There are always many things that bundle me in my mind. I was busy. Really busy.

Sigh...

So sorry for the mumbling here. I was an idot in front of the thousands of freshness. If I were at a crossing in a jungle, I might die of hunger. I was wise to choose not be enrolled into psychology. I can forsee my future to be a Psycho if I finished the program. No, I'm not joking. I'm afraid of any pressure especially when it comes from other people. I believe everyone shares a dark conner in his/her brain. It only depends on the stimulation and time for it to be made appeared. For me, it's too easily stimulated that I fear of it coming out immediately after my graduation.
Nagging, Nagging Nagging...

I miss the sun there in the Equator.

If I were a bird, this would be my new Sun, my new nest.

As usual, posting one picture to show that I am still alive.

the first snow in Beijing 2009

I think it's been 2 years that i didn't have chance to see snow in China. It snowed very heavily in early 2008 in southern China but i missed the time. i was in Singapore already.

This was taken in Prince Gong’s Palace. (恭王府). It was heard that the whole palace was for Heshen (和珅), a notorious minister in Qing Dynasty. He was a typical corruptional minister. Heshen's total pocession was 630 billion RMB. He was far richer than Bill Gates and should be the richest man in the history. Anyway, he was arrested at last by emporor Jiaqing and all his pocession was confisticated.

This was taken in the back yard of the palace. I was really surprised that this garden is even bigger and prettier than the emporer's garden in the Forbidden City...

still in the same palace...i love the peaceful and silent atmosphere there.

Happy Chinese New Year~

It is the first time for me to spend my Chinese New Year in China since I go to Singapore in 2004. The atmosphere is still familiar. Actually Chinese New Year is not only the Jan 1st in Lunar Year, but it extends to the 15th Jan. Chinese people regards this day as the last day of Chinese New Year period. Although most store owners went back to their hometowns to celebrate the CNY with their families, it is still very crowded in many supermarkets and restaurants. I spent the CNY eve in my nanny's home and watch the notorious CNY programs. Why is it notorious? In China, the CNY evening program is always reproached by people every year for its fake singing and many boring programs...anyway, i think most people still choosing to watch it on CNY eve.

I just recieved a New Year card from a friend in Osaka Japan. She's learning arts and cartoon there. So she made this card by herself~ it is a very dedicated card~nice~
It is not the first time that i saw a letter from Japan as my mom has Japanese friend, but it's the first time i recieved a Japan letter from a friend of mine.
P.S. 2.14 is coming soon, what's your plan?

Just finish my US application last month. It was a very awful experience. I don't dare to try another one in the future. I can't remember how many essays i wrote in half a month. Winter Story

It is a long time since i blogged last time... These days are so busy with all the BT and H3 exams. The only thing I did besides mugging for BT during the March holiday is to buy a new CD which I longed to have it for quite a long time. This is a CD by a Japanese who is a music talent. I had her second CD--Spring of Life last year during Promos. Her music is really very fantastic which i think is also magic... How? I listened to her music during my preparation for Promos and I found myself very efficient and concentrated when mugging and finally, got a satisfied 4 As for my Promo... So I believe that this new CD--Winter Story is also as magic as the previous one!
Her music is solely light music with different instruments. The main instrument is piano. Very soothing and quiet. My roommate likes it also.

This is the cover and inside of Spring of Life, the colour is so nice and i like the design alot!~

This is the Winter Story, which i heard that it won many prize after releasing. Zhang Qi (My roommate) says that she loves this one better as the cover of the CD is red--her favourite colour... hahax` anyway, I like both of these CDs, good songs and beautiful designs. There is also a paragraph of words dedicated to every single song in the CD, they are all quite meaningful and reflects the moral behind the songs.

Tomorrow is my first H3 test, so I hope I can get a good grade~
